  "text": "(1) The Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2012 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 24 (voluntary vaccination)—\n(a) in paragraph (1) after “in” insert “a restricted zone (or part of a restricted zone) declared under article 16 or in”,\n(b) in paragraph (3) after “vaccine” insert “in a free area (or part of a free area)”.",
