# The Bluetongue (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026, Article 2: Amendment of the Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2012


(1) The Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2012 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 24 (voluntary vaccination)—
(a) in paragraph (1) after “in” insert “a restricted zone (or part of a restricted zone) declared under article 16 or in”,
(b) in paragraph (3) after “vaccine” insert “in a free area (or part of a free area)”.
