  "text": "An inspector or officer of the Scottish Ministers who enters premises by virtue of this Order may take on to those premises–\n(a) a vehicle (provided entry with such a vehicle is reasonably practicable);\n(b) such equipment as that inspector or officer considers necessary; and\n(c) such other person as that inspector or officer considers necessary for any purpose in relation to the execution and enforcement of this Order.",
