# The Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2003, Article 18: Amendment of other Orders


(1) In article 2(1) (application of section 32 of the Act) of the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992, the entry for “Bluetongue” shall be omitted.
(2) In Part I of Schedule I to the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996 (which lists certain diseases to be notified for the purposes of the Act), the entry for “Bluetongue” shall be omitted.
