# The Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2003, Article 4: Exemption for activities authorised under the Specified Animal Pathogens Order 1998


This Order shall not apply to anything authorised by a licence issued under article 4 of the Specified Animal Pathogens Order 1998 in respect of bluetongue.
