The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25, 32(2), 34, 35, 36, 83(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
