# The Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2012, Article 31: Provision of assistance

Extent: S

(1) Any person required to give reasonable assistance or information to a person acting under this Order must do so without delay.
(2) A person must not provide false or misleading information to anyone acting under this Order.
