# The Blyth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Article 20: Repeals and revocation


On the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which include spent enactments) shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
