# The Blyth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Article 7: Power to co-opt additional Commissioners


The Commissioners referred to in article 3(1)(a) above may at any time co-opt not more than two persons to serve as Commissioners for such period not exceeding one year as the co-opting Commissioners may specify at the time of co-option.
