# The Blyth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Paragraph 1


There shall be a chairman of the Commissioners who (except in the case of the chairman described in paragraph 2 below) shall be appointed by those of the Commissioners who are appointed under article 3(1)(a) or 8 of this Order from among their number.
