# The Blyth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Paragraph 10


A Commissioner (other than the Chief Executive) may resign his office at any time by notice in writing given to the chairman of the Commissioners or, if that Commissioner is the chairman, the deputy-chairman.
