# The Blyth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Paragraph 6


Subject to paragraph 7 below, every deputy-chairman subsequently appointed under paragraph 4 above shall, unless he resigns his office as deputy-chairman or ceases to be a Commissioner, hold office for a period of three years.
