# The Blyth Harbour Revision Order 1989, Article 3: Publication of operative date and effect of Order


The Commissioners shall publish in a newspaper circulating in the town of Blyth a notice–
(a) specifying the day fixed by them as the operative date; and
(b) setting out the effect of this Order;
and the day so fixed shall not be earlier than the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the date of publication of the notice.
