# The Board of Inquiry (Army) (Amendment) Rules 1989, Article 2: Amendment to the Principal Rules


The Board of Inquiry (Army) Rules 1956 shall be amended in rule 13 by the deletion in paragraph (3)(a) of the words
“and states as the ground of his objection either that he has no religious belief or that the taking of an oath is contrary to his religious belief,”.
