# The Board of Inquiry (Army) (Amendment) Rules 1989, Introduction: Introductory text


DEFENCE
Made 23rd February 1989
Laid before Parliament 3rd March 1989
Coming into force 31st March 1989
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 135 of the Army Act 1955 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:–
