  "text": "Commons, England\nMade 14th July 2015\nLaid before Parliament 16th July 2015\nComing into force 1st September 2015\nThe Secretary of State has published a draft of this Order in the area of Bodmin Moor and invited representations about it in accordance with section 27(2) of the Commons Act 2006.\nIn accordance with section 27(4) of that Act, the Secretary of State is satisfied that there is substantial support for the making of this Order.\nThe Secretary of State considers, in accordance with section 31(2) of that Act, that the functions conferred on the commons council established by this Order are appropriate in the case of that council.\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26, 29(3) and (4), 30, 31(1) to (4), 35(2) and 36(1) and (2)(b) of that Act, the Secretary of State makes this Order.",
