  "long_title": "These Regulations extend to the European Economic Area the Boiler (Efficiency) Regulations 1993 (“the 1993 Regulations”) which concern efficiency requirements for new water boilers fired with liquid or gaseous fuels. They also complete the implementation of the amendments made to Council Directive 92/42/EEC by Council Directive 93/68/EEC by amending the provisions in regulations 8(1), and paragraphs 4(4) and 9(5) of Schedule 5 of the 1993 Regulations.",
