# The Boiler (Efficiency) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 1


If the efficiency of a boiler at rated output and its efficiency at part load are equal to or greater than the relevant values for standard boilers, the boiler may be labelled with a single star as set out in Part II of this Schedule.
