Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Bolton Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st December 2009.
(2)
In this Order—
-
“the Establishment Order” means the Bolton Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001f1;
-
“the trust” means the Primary Care Trust established by the Establishment Order.
