  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Bolton Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 (“the Establishment Order”), which established the Bolton Primary Care Trust.\nArticle 2 of the Order changes the name of the trust from the Bolton Primary Care Trust to the Bolton Teaching Primary Care Trust and makes consequential amendments to the Establishment Order.",
