  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Establishment Order of the Bootle and Litherland Primary Care Trust, a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977, by changing its name to South Sefton Primary Care Trust and substitutes a new Schedule for the Schedule to the Principal Order, to enlarge the area of the trust.",
