  "text": "(1) Section 36A (proceedings in the High Court of Justiciary and sheriff court) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)(b), after “order” insert “or an interim serious crime prevention order”.\n(3) In subsection (6)—\n(a) after “order”, in the first place it occurs, insert “or an interim serious crime prevention order”;\n(b) after “order”, in the second place it occurs, insert “or a new interim serious crime prevention order”.",
