  "text": "In sections 22 to 26 and this section—\n“container” has the meaning given by section 1 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979;\n“deportation order” means an order under section 5 of the Immigration Act 1971;\n“electronic travel authorisation” means an authorisation in electronic form to travel to the United Kingdom;\n“entry clearance” has the meaning given by section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971;\n“immigration officer” means a person appointed by the Secretary of State as an immigration officer under paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Immigration Act 1971;\n“immigration rules” means rules under section 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971;\n“NCA officer” means National Crime Agency officer;\n“premises” includes any place and in particular includes any tent or movable structure;\n“ship” has the meaning given by section 28Q of the Immigration Act 1971;\n“vehicle” includes—\n(a) any ship, train (including any locomotive and railway rolling stock of any description), aircraft or bicycle, and\n(b) anything designed or adapted for being towed by a vehicle.",
