  "text": "(1) Section 3 of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61) (acquisition by registration: minors) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), for “within the period of twelve months from the date of the birth” substitute “ while he is a minor ”.\n(3) Omit subsection (4).",
