Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Borders Region (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1993.

This Order shall come into force on 5th May 1994 provided that for the purpose of all proceedings preliminary or relating to an election to be held on or after that day the Order shall come into force on 10th October 1993.
