  "text": "(1) Where borehole operations are carried on, employers shall provide written instructions containing:\n(a) rules necessary for ensuring the health and safety of their employees; and\n(b) information on the use of emergency equipment and the action to be taken in the event of an emergency at or near the borehole site.\n(2) Copies of the written instructions referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above shall be made available to all employees who may be affected by them.",
