  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Borough of Barnsley (Electoral Changes) Order 2003 by providing for the articles relating to the electoral arrangements of the parishes of Penistone and Tankersley to come into force in 2007. It also makes minor changes to articles 2, 4 and 7.",
