  "text": "(1) The existing wards in the parish of Middlewich shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Middlewich Cledford and Middlewich Kinderton and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the ward of the borough bearing the same name.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be six.",
