  "text": "(1) The existing wards in the parish of Sandbach shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into three parish wards which shall bear the names Sandbach East, Sandbach North and Sandbach West and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the ward of the borough bearing the same name.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be six.",
