Article 5 Wards of the parish of Elstree & Borehamwood
(1)
The existing wards of the parish of Elstree & Borehamwood shall be abolished.
(2)
The parish shall be divided into five parish wards which shall bear the names Borehamwood Brookmeadow, Borehamwood Cowley Hill, Borehamwood Hillside, Borehamwood Kenilworth and Elstree and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the ward of the borough bearing the same name.
(3)
The number of councillors to be elected for each of the Borehamwood Brookmeadow, Borehamwood Cowley Hill and Borehamwood Hillside wards shall be three and for each of the Borehamwood Kenilworth and Elstree wards shall be two.
