  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Kettering (Electoral Changes) Order 2006.\n(2) This Order comes into force—\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2007, on the day after that on which it is made;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2007.",
