  "heading": "Wards of the parish of Halewood",
  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Halewood shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into three parish wards which shall bear the names Halewood North, Halewood South and Halewood West; the parish wards of Halewood South and Halewood West shall be coterminous with the borough wards of the same name, and the Halewood North parish ward shall consist of the rest of the parish.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be four.",
