  "text": "(1) The parish of Sefton shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Sefton North and Sefton South, and the wards shall comprise the areas designated on sheet 4 by reference to the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.\n(2) The number of councillors to be elected for the parish ward of Sefton South shall be four, and for the parish ward of Sefton North shall be three.",
