  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Solihull (Electoral Changes) Order 2003.\n(2) This Order, with the exception of articles 5 and 7, shall come into force —\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on the ordinary day of elections in 2004, on 15th October 2003;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of elections in 2004.\n(3) Articles 5 and 7 shall come into force —\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or related to any election to be held on the ordinary day of elections in 2007, on 15th October 2006;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of elections in 2007.",
