  "text": "In this Order —\n“borough” means the borough of Solihull;\n“existing”, in relation to a ward, means the ward as it exists on the date this Order is made;\nany reference to the map is a reference to the map marked “Map referred to in the Borough of Solihull (Electoral Changes) Order 2003”, of which prints are available for inspection at —\n(a) the principal office of the Electoral Commission; and\n(b) the offices of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council; and\nany reference to a numbered sheet is a reference to the sheet of the map which bears that number.",
