  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order grants development consent for, and authorises Alternative Use Boston Projects Ltd (“AUBP”) (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain a generating station with a capacity of over 50 megawatts but below 300 megawatts.\nThe Order also permits the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nA copy of the documents referred to in Schedule 10 (documents and plans to be certified) to this Order and certified in accordance with article 47 of the Order (certification of documents, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of AUBP, 25 Priestgate, Peterborough PE1 1JL.",
