# The Boston Alternative Energy Facility Order 2023, Paragraph 69


Any dispute arising between the undertaker and Anglian Water under this Part of this Schedule or the Order must be referred to and settled by arbitration under article 49 (arbitration) unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Anglian Water.
