# The Boston Alternative Energy Facility Order 2023, Paragraph 6


(1) The undertaker must notify the HM Coastguard (mail to: nmoccontroller@hmcg.gov.uk) prior to commencement of any licensed activities.
(2) A copy of the notification must be provided to the MMO via MCMS within 24 hours of issue of the notification in sub-paragraph (1).
