  "text": "(1) The MMO must be notified in writing of any vessel being used to carry on any licensed activity on behalf of the undertaker.\n(2) Such notification must be received by the MMO in writing not less than 24 hours before the commencement of the licensed activity.\n(3) Notification must include the master’s name, vessel type, vessel IMO number and vessel owner or operating company.",
