  "heading": "Power to keep apparatus in streets",
  "text": "(1) The Agency may, for the purposes of the construction, maintenance or alteration of the authorised works, alter, move, remove, place and maintain in any street within the Order limits any work, equipment or apparatus including foundations, road islands, substations, electric lines and any electrical or other apparatus.\n(2) In this article—\n(a) “apparatus” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the 1991 Act;\n(b) “electric line” has the meaning given by section 64(1) (Interpretation etc. of Part 1) of the Electricity Act 1989; and\n(c) the reference to any work, equipment or apparatus or other thing in a street includes a reference to any work, equipment, apparatus or other thing under, over, along or upon the street.",
