Article 8 Proceedings not to abate

All legal and other proceedings begun before the vesting day and relating to any property or liabilities transferred to the Company under this Order may be carried on with the substitution of the Company as a party to the proceedings in lieu of the Council and any such proceedings may be amended in such manner as may be necessary for that purpose.
