# The Bourne Foundation (Dissolution) Order 2016, Introduction: Introductory text

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(5) and (6) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and regulation 25(1)(c) of the Education (Foundation Body) (England) Regulations 2000.
