  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Bovine Animals (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995 and shall come into force—\n(a) save in relation to article 8(1), on 30th January 1995; and\n(b) in relation to article 8(1), on 1st April 1995.\n(2) To the extent provided in Schedule 1 and subject to article 5(6), the Orders specified in that Schedule are hereby revoked.",
