Article 4 Revocation and saving

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Compensation Order 1990f1 is hereby revoked.

(2)

In relation to those bovine animals for which compensation has been calculated under the provisions of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Compensation Order 1990 prior to 1st April 1994, that calculation shall continue to apply.
