# The Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 1: Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 24th October 1997.
