# The Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 1: Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 4th January 1999.
