# The Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Order 1991, Article 15: Sampling


Where an inspector of the Minister has reasonable grounds for supposing that the provisions of articles 9, 12 and 14 have not been or are not being complied with he may take from any protein, offal or feedingstuff such samples as he considers necessary in order to establish the correctness of that supposition.
