Article 15 Amendment of the principal Order

For article 24(1) (maintenance and provision of information) substitute—

“(1)

The Scottish Ministers must maintain a record of information notified or provided in accordance with articles 17(2)(b)(iii), 18(2)(c), 19(2), 20(2), 21(7), 23C(3)(c) and 23E(c)(ii).”.
