# The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015, Article 16: Revocation, transitional and savings provisions


(1) The following provisions are revoked—
(a) article 4 of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013;
(b) article 5 of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2013; and
(c) article 10 of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Order 2013.
(2) This Order is subject to the transitional and savings provisions specified in the Schedule.
