The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Wales) Order 2024f1 is amended as follows.

In article 1 (title, application and coming into force), in paragraph (4), for “2025” substitute “2026”.

For the word “supervision”, in each instance where it appears, substitute the word “direction”.
(4)
In article 40 (pre-movement testing), in paragraph (2), for “30” substitute “60”.
